At Zento, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
